Contracts and NDAs'

NDAs' are signed before companies even sit down to negotiate. Before any detail is ever mentioned. Usually each company has their own and both are signed. Both have to agree when they are no longer in effect... even after a contract is signed. There is everything at stake when you sign an NDA.
You can't even go home and talk to your spuose using a hypothetical scenario. Believe me, I found out the hard way.
There may be a whole lot going on but everyone involved from the CEO, to attorney, to accountant, to secretary. All are legally bound to keep their lips sealed.
Probably a good reason there is no speak of deals concerning our NUNCHI.
