One has to put some thought into that description....what is the most important aspect of that petitioned phrase for a patent?

For that phrase, the described turn around for a "signal strength level" is not important....that response can be any response to any "request message".....

What is important are the underlined issues, are they precluded form being indicated for other than what is conditioned?

This may seem a simple consideration as described not requiring the data described to be overly conditioned. However, if the data is to have a quality recognizable by a work station or a phone(which essentially becomes a work station) for user purpose moving that interaction need be in real time.....from both sides of the transaction.
That would require packaging the data request (caching) and packaging the response(caching) so that the interaction is scaled.

These conditions are not functioning under what we are all use to Internet Protocols...but wireless circuits for input(transmission) to a processor/memory and output(transmission).... to a display or other issues(phone or work station).

Qualcomm also has a recent application for address recognition of individual device phones(what I see as work stations).
