And that problem had to do with prior art issues, with regard to guidelines allowing for the prior art . Some of the prior art was not allowed....and in that, the continuity of the other prior art issues where not allowed as well.

The issues were brought to the examiners attention...

Where the examiner responded with a comment, paraphrase "why did you not bring this to my attention earlier?"

Seemed a simple enough issue to resolve at the time...lol

The application is still in effect to this day...where will the initial date of life start for this consideration be if published as a patent?

e.Digital is on hold for a technicality issue that was not their fault...it was the examiners error.
