I don't know if its me, but seems like Sandisk is trying to play dumb at the moment. It should not take 5 months to state insufficient knowledge when they very well no whats going on... Hopefully EDIG uses this method to their favor if a Jury is involved...

I agree its probably in their best interest they settle before the game is exposed...
