Simply put as I see it, they have still agreed to an ENE but a month later.
Seems like they just want more time to prepare their arguement and get the best low value deal we will take.
A jury trial if lost = treble damages right?
Maybe we are asking for such a huge chunk of coin they need this extra 30 days?
