98 , First of all dont get panic ! . Second there are hundreds of patents that related

to context awareness has been passed by USPTO , if we are lucky our NUNCH patent covers

far behind of all aspects of CA and that mobile devices are actually only a part of the

NUNCHI framework. Third if any of claim were similar to NUNCHI , at least our filing

date is much earlier than Qualcomm . JMHO
