IMO, e.Digital will preform actions within private networks(non, IP), utilizing its infrastructure elements....such as .memory and processor issues.....it will also utilize issues of relevant data obtained from IP networks ...such as mapping...etc.
Or, the IP network issues will converge on the same private network....as needed.
The phone(CE device) becomes a work station of sorts.
