However, if I am not mistaken, Fred's statement of several months ago clearly used the word license and when Dish called him to let him know of the boards confusion regarding "acquisition" and "license" Fred agreed that the wording was confusing and that he would let IPM know so they could change it. So would a prospective company acquire a license or acquire the whole portfolio? IMO, IPMetrics may be better than Fred at estimating the value of Nunchi but, it is so new and so potentially all encompasing it would be almost impossible to value it unless, of course, if some big fish made an offer we couldn't refuse. I do not beleive that there is any underlying conspiritorial aspect of the wording or how or when it has or has not been modified. I think the process is still evolving and I am hoping to have some positive news by Labor Day or no later than sometime in the fall.
