I do hear and agree with you. It's been a frustrating ride.

However, think about where an EDIG investment was post the Colorado Markman "ruling".

EDIG was just barely breathing and perhaps even on life support. ( Wasn't the first time)

Objectively, value creation progress has been substantial and has included USPTO affirmation and strengthening of the patent portfolio, legal actions settlements and licensing current IP, new legal and IP support and advocates and the potential of managing a game changer of a CA IP portfolio.

The SP was at .03 a year ago as well.

It's an investment but weighing out my own DD and the risk and reward potential like most who follow this board I'll keep my seat at the Texas Holdum table.
