Cassandra - I would think since you made a lot of $$ off of EDIG you would be a bit more positive...

Your predictions have not been that accurate, for example, I made two very accurate predictions on events, (when you and others), indicated it would not happen:

First I publicly posted on the meaninglessness of the so called FATAL "Markman" ruling that you and other said was a death-nell,

Second, I predicted that EDIG's patents would get re-affirmed, and then they would settle more - both came true...

I posted these "predictions" on this board and others....

My next "prediction" is as follows:

EDIG will make money off of each one of these settlements, and Nunchi is worth something....these two are not hard to predict because, EDIG has a law firm that needs money and the chumpster change they are getting is no way near what IP litigation firms get, and second, the USTPO patented Nunchi, thus Nunchi cannot be "nothing".

Next there is a firm working for nothing selling Nunchi other than the commissions they receive...thus that firm must see something.

Attacking any firm is not an objective way of looking at facts, for example saying IP Metrics is worthless is silly....

Thus I would not agree with your "predictions..."

IMO of course.

I also predict that if EDIG can demonstrate value in the settlements and more importantly in Nunchi, the PPS will go up, way up. We will see...

I understand OTC stocks and volatility, however, we do have some interesting facts with this company.

Anyway - feel free to respond and tell me how I am wrong.
