yes it does, for now, utilizing existing phone hardware ...unless they have modified the physical components. MOS can be configured to the phone properties, just as an operating system configures all details of a PC through driver applications.

"catagorizes it, classifies it's level of importance,"........ MOS can do that , no explination here as this is what letog and I have passed back and forth recently. Packaging the data with MOS directive.

"stores it via cloud based for retrieval and comparison at a later date by the user to benefit same."

A growing base of data, it would also include real time turn around process as well.
