Do you feel they had the funds to inject into legal issues back then? 80 mill would have become 120 mill....and that would have been for just stopping the use...and hope they license because the infringers would not be over a barrel....like they are now. All they would have accomplished is rack up more debt....and expenses.

This company would have been dead a long time back had they taken that route.

The reason legal teams are now involved is very apparent....and e.Digital does not have to contribute anything other than technical considerations.

The American dream is a joke....
