Yes ,,, I agree. I think it's a whole new ballgame also because if RAM is included in 'all' the functions it has me rethinking, 'if you pull the SD and the player stops it infrienges' and may allow are arguments to carry into integrity of the onboard secondary storage and if/how RAM interacts there.
I just remember Woody i think pointing it out on the stand for probably said reasons.
Maybe this doc 34 will ie our onboard claims on apple, but that will most likely come prior to new markman...
