If things look dark to Apple, they just settle. It might look like a win to us, especially those who have waited for a decade. But, I don't see Apple "lose." Or they could buy us and get their money back by suing other infringers. I guess it depends on what you mean, what a definition of "win" is. For me, anything that results in a $2.00 per share increase in the value of my stock is a"win." I doubt it would be a "loss" for Apple,
