we might not see anything of the 8-2-13 hearing results

I figure two possibilities...1. motion denied, or 2. they are going to have an oral pow- wow...as the meeting was described as an oral event...however, they did not have to be there "at this time"...if I remember correctly.

With that, for number 2 , we migt not see that happen either...
