silver, IMO, the cases are not thrown out, the judge would have to allow 737 to go through a claims construction process and a Markman.....as it did not get it in Colorado.
Perhaps there is a legal team working on this back door issue in the event the Colorado claims construction stands on 774.
Some how they would have to make the Colorado conditions of 774 blend with a new claims construction for 737.
Its not over, it just gets more disgusting.
