Apple has indeed lost in the past... and still not paid in some cases. EDIG is a very long way from winning against Apple and much further from actually getting paid.

I'm not trying to be argumentative or score any points against anyone. It's just that years waiting for my EDIG shares to profit has proven to be a huge waste of time and it seems to me a triple waste would be to concern myself with any further litigation efforts... especially against Apple.

I know that's what everyone likes to discuss here... maybe because there's some kind of activity (pacers/settlements) unlike with Nunchi; other than Patent activity I guess. We should all know that litigation is going to be a very long, difficult, and uncertain road. I just can't get excited about it again. Let me know when someone sells something.
