Doni, I was concerned about Apple picking away at all EDig's patents. Mr. Handal was quite forceful in telling me that if ANY INFRINGEMENT IS FOUND ON ANY ONE EDIG PATENT IT IS THE SAME AS IF APPLE WAS FOUND GUILTY ON """"EVERY"""" EDIG PATENT. EDig could lose on every patent but one and that one found Apple infringing is the whole "magilicuty" Kind of interesting and puts in perspective the CE on 774......which according to Mr. Handal "is dead BUT NOT BURIED YET"....
