I agree Dish, but I also specifically remember where recently I think Silver forwarded to Fred something that maybe sman posted regarding a case precedent that was only a couple months old and Handal used it in court the very next day and even mentioned to the court that this was a new ruling that he just became aware of. I do not think that the Apple lawyers themselves spend time on this board, however Handal said that someone from their side does and he knows that. Because both sides attorneys have law clerks to look up case precedent does not necessarily mean that they do not miss things. Why would Handal, in a private conversation after the meeting broke up, mention that he has specific knowlege that the other side on some level watches our board unless he did not want us to use greater discretion? I'm just sayin', let's be smart. We have chastized the company for being too forthcoming in the past, now at least we can be careful.
