Dish, as you heard Handal say--paraphrase--if I was representing the defendant I would argue this way and if I was representing the plaintiff I would argue that way, that is what lawyers do. It is impossible to know the extent to which we may or may not be aiding the enemy, but if they catch something on our board and then Handal uses it in court, they can be better prepared to argue the other side as opposed to the possibility that Handal could blindside them with new information. Did not mean to make a mountain out of a mole hill, just thought Sly(per Giants) sttone had a valid point and I thought we should discuss it, which we have, now at least people can do what they do with the knowlege that possibly someone not looking out for our best interests could be watching.
