Yes, judge in our view gave us a raw deal and incomplete as well, but to think going from 2007 when DM 1st started DD with Nunally et all (the EDIG boyz etc) to create a grand master plan to protect Apple in the end, is a good story for Rod Serling of The Twilight Zone co-written by Alfred Hitchcock.
