This phrase is part of the other defendants stipulated partial agreements that have not settled any thing yet.

The language is of similar boiler plate to all the defendants.

In the case of Huawei....they received the same boiler plate stipulated partial agreement language, however, they settled in the moment of the stipulate considerations.

They are done...and IMO exhibit A as stipulated, regarding Huawei, will not be filed with any future judgments of this court.

Now we wait to see what order the judge signs regarding the different patent issues.

IMO, 737,170 ...with prejudice...774 is already determined under stipulated considerations without prejudice.
