As it looks...they are not joining the other two motioned issues...

MOTION to Amend/Correct stipulated partial Judgment....of which they do have an order in regard to a stipulated partial judgment.

Thing is, they want to put the stop on their case pending the out come of appeal....and they have a stipulated agreement of which, IMO, has a performance condition...of settle or not settle other patent issues other than 774

Of course this is my opinion, however, I do feel the carrot is there for them to settle...with no judgments and no 774 for the sited devices. Staying their case hinders execution and performance of the agreed stipulated partial judgment....

With that, are they conditioning their motion on e.Digitals appeal...or defendants appeal?
