e.Digital did not hold hands with Huawei......Handal sacrificed e.Digital.....and that is e.Digitals and Handals call ...not Apple...not Huawei...not any defendants.
That is what the judge must weigh as well, the sacrifice that e.Digial must endure.
e.Digial could have sacrificed in front of other defendants having 108 in a final dis-positive judgment....it's not the defendants input as to what e.Digial excepts.
