Status Conference held. Case settled.
On or before November 1, 2013, Plaintiff’s counsel shall provide
Defendants’ counsel with a draft Settlement Agreement.
On or before November 29, 2013, Defendants’ counsel shall provide
Plaintiff’s counsel with an executed Settlement Agreement.
On or before December 20, 2013, Defendant shall issue a check for
the agreed upon amount of the settlement.
On or before December 27, 2013, a Joint Motion for Dismissal of
this case shall be filed.
A Settlement Disposition Conference will be held in this case on
January 3, 2014, at 8:00 AM, in the chambers of Magistrate Judge
Gallo unless a signed Joint Motion for Dismissal of this case is
filed and a copy of the signed Joint Motion is provided to the
chambers of Magistrate Judge Gallo, prior to that time.
