The next two earnings releases will both be interesting, but I am even cautious about patent revenue come February. I do realize we have a number of settlements projected at that time, even including Motorola...

But I wonder if this phase in Handals mind was simply to capture Apple and expose them with the appeal process which it seems they are on their way.

For me, its always been about them and Sandisk. These two companies can single handedly change the fortune of our little EDIG, mainly because it is extremely apparent from the iPOD to Siri just how infringing they are and how much money they have made on our backs.
