IMO, what Handal is trying to do is reinforce a patent that has already gone through a Markman proceeding, a re-exam, and now an appeal process.
What I see and consider...774 explains the future of the others with regard to legal proceedings....as they all reference 774...everything that happens to 774 that comes out positive will make things easier for the others regarding Markman proceedings.
FWIW...for legal proceedings going foward, everything consolidates on the back of 774.
