I wonder what would make a business platform or process named "modified licensing strategy" so material or insider baseball that the CEO of our company couldn't shed a bit of light on what the heck it means particular to one of the company's ( in good standing!) shareholders?

I guess, we'll find out soon enough. I sure hope there is a real solid reason.
