445 and 108 were dismissed without prejudice allowing Samsung...to preserve its rights and pleadings of non-validity in the event they are brought against them in the future.

e.Digital agreed to dismiss with prejudice as they related to that specific case.

Samsung is on stand by for 108 and 445.

Gil explained all of this to us....and to me in particular....as I had a dialog with him over the issue.

If you read the PR of the Samsung settlement, you can see that not all issues where included in the FlashR settlement. The only way that you can identify the detail, is by comparing the verbiage of the PR to the verbiage of the other settlement PR's. That is why we did not get as much from them at settlement.
