Do you or anyone know the date the appeals court has accepted to hear the appeal?

We keep talking about the importance of winning the appeal, perfectly understandable, but; where is this currently at?

If someone posted that hearing the appeal has been granted, I sure missed it or my hard drive deleted it...lol.
