If the CE appeal is positive to e.Digital...it's not necessarily the defendants knowing what that consideration means....it's the multitude of legal professionals that have been involved in the case details, and there's a pile of them ... that will know what that consideration means....
They know what it means if 774 is allowed to be re-litigated under the re-exam issues.
