FWIW...

e.Digital has presented its briefs ...The defendant Huawei was to present Feb 22 (?) if I remember correctly ...next month anyway.

As for the other appeals, I don't care about them, I'm following the initial case as long as it stands independent.

Once defendant Huawei presents its briefs, I would expect the judges will take the same amount of time allotted to e.Digital in reviewing the brifs ..2 months and then an additional 2 to 3 months to make a determination.
