BLR, I think giving the defendants an opportunity for extra time up front is the generosity of lawyer to a lawyer, a typical thing to do considering the holidays and weather. The extentions weren't long. Next time the trial court is asked for more time or favors, we'll hold the high ground. Obviously, we want settlements. I doubt if giving the defendants more time here, hurts our case. Our eyes are on the prize---big fat settlements, and/or streams of monthly royalty fees.
