Yes sman...they were not specific with that language either....and when I read, "and related patents ", I said to myself .....how shallow they are.

445 and 108 were not litigated in CO.

With that, 445 and 108 were dismissed form the Samsung America case as well....with specific provisions of dismissal..

Without a doubt in my mind, if this appeal is positive for e.Digital...Samsung will be back in play.
