Judging from today's share price movement and volume either this is a non event or, if it is, nothing leaked out prior to the close--LOL. Maybe tomorrow's trading will show something. If Edig and Huawei were to settle, how would that settlement effect, if at all, the appeal going forward? Because it effects so many other companies, doesn't it still need to progress to a decision by the appeals court?
