Clearly Handal has made us some money by culling settlements . Not so great thus far with the courts but Handal keeps meeting the ante - whether they feel most confident or that they owe us something for the retainer is yet to be seen. Bluff or no bluff we can't win unless we are in the game. Which reminds me I should get a lottery ticket :-)
