Could be, with that order....It's why I ask if Woodman had made a motion to consolidate as previously anticipated by e.Digital, or did the court act in its best interest?

This order gave e.Digital 30 days to respond....where e.Digital had motioned for additional time having a specific date through a previous anticipated filing..

My comments were with respect to what I previously read a couple of days back. Where in that line up to consolidate was futurewei.

This looks like an order that the court induced and may be for just the new cases to consolidate as you consider....and nothing to do with e.Digitals motion.

Some day we get a resolution to this mess.
