It seems to me that some are too optimistic and others are too pessimistic. Somewhere in the middle ground you will most likely find reality. I also think that everyone should have their own time table for the monetization of MS or Nunchi. Whatever time span you choose, once it hits that date without results you should sell and be rid of the reminder of the decision that you made a long time ago.
