Would you consider, that management might have to balance a possible bad outcome of the appeal with any good news they might be sitting on?
Management is trapped, IMO.... this isn't about an employee, it's about a company and its circumstances.
With that, I have a completely different perception. The PR's emit points out would have been fine had everything gone to plan....meaning 774 was able to be re-litigated from the get go In SC... However, the judge said NO to ...108 as support regarding the RAM issue and a recert of 774.
They load and then have to back off....
Anyway, that is what I see....I don't care about news knowing what is happening with FlashR...and at this time management has to function with respect to the company circumstance and not investor wishes.
