Even though there is a time constraint for the root I/O technology with some time left , applications that are devised over the I/O are just as important .... if they get the important issues patented....and I feel they have.

All I care about now is getting the root technology emphatically invented by e.Digital and all the crud removed.

What happens at that point, other companies can devise and patent application ideas over the root I/O technology, if they haven't already started to do so… it will become a standard at patent end life.

NUNCHI is important, because it moves e.Digital from a device memory based issue to a server memory(cloud) based issue....and pushed by a fast I/O from two directions.

Signet is important in securing NUNCHI data and other server ID issues.

It's a package deal @ just the right time.
