I agree! It seems logical to me that with the short time left on most of the flash patents that we were negotiating from a position of weakness, needed some walk around money and were willing to accept relatively small settlements. The Nunchi and Micro Signet patents have a long run in front of them. Handal is playing a much stronger hand this time around. Still, it sure would be nice to sign some licenses as opposed to trying to get paid through the court system which puts us at the mercy of others and takes a long time.
