"IMO The 774 appeal is the Hinge Pin !!"

774 is not the most critical issue...108 needs to be set free, technically 108 is more important as it describes issues that 774 indirectly claims, or to be considered by one of ordinary skill in the art....such as, the RAM issue in better detail.

That is why 108 was introduced in arguments, as in explanations, in trying to enlighten the judge to better details...regarding the RAM issue and the Colorado judges ruling and very ambiguous verbiage used in the ruling.

Introducing 108 went on deaf ears and was enjoined to the CE ruling for reasons I just do not understand.

In any event, it's tied, perhaps for the good, as e.Digital can use it in the appeal to try and make the same points it had tried to convey to the SC judge.

The 774 patent is a device patent...where the body of the patent, for the most part, explains the workings of a device...that being, various proprietary circuits considered, the controller and its considerations to delegate signals as needed to different components of the device by turning on and off considered proprietary electrical supply issues to circuit devices... e.g .... shut down and hibernate inactive issues of various components to conserve power.. such as... charge pumps to flash memory....things of that nature.

The 737 is a continuation in part of the 774 and exemplifies a technical ability incorporated on the 774 device patent.... used to identify, for the most part, faulty considerations of flash memory...in building data conditions around that bad memory...keeping bad memory issues and data separated and all organized.

The 108 is a technical patent that is incorporated on the 774 and highlights, for the most part, the I/O( RAM issues and related conditions) in moving data on to and off of flash memory also incorporated on 774.

The 445 patent is an advanced issue of 108 that explains the workings of a paging system operating system and how it interfaces, in a proprietary manner, a RAM issue with its page sequence. How, on the fly, each page is given different degrees of identifying detail...depending on how much meta-data is needed. For this method of data movement onto and off of the flash memory...I/O.. the RAM is sized to a single read/ write block of the flash, or a page...eg 256 bytes...With that, builds the connecting page data relations in creating a complete file ...piece by piece.....The files created utilizing this method eliminate the need for directive structures ...eg...FAT(file allocation table MSFT) or the node tables of UNIX type OS systems.

Where 774 is important, at this juncture, if it gets a positive ruling the other patents will not have to run the gantlet to the same degree.... there by simplifying their trajectory into claims construction.

Is it the end if 774 is not vindicated...that's a big NO, it just means the other patents have to fight harder.....where in the end we get lost in the muck...if you get my drift of what the muck is.

And I be sick of the muck ….thank god for sman and letgo to be so ambitious in this regard. I sure would like to meet you guys some day….good luck to both of you and thanks a bunch.
