I hope this shows Dropcam and any other potential infringers that we are not backing down. Unlike the flash portfolio, the Nunchi patents have a long time to run. Hopefully, at some point prior to gettting to court, Dropcam will realize the futility of their pursuit and the parties can come to a reasonable settlement. However, we have to have some success with the monetization of the flash portfolio to show Dropcam and others that we will still be around for the trial regarding the theft of Nunchi. We need 108 removed from the CE and possibly also 774. From what I am reading, it seems that 108 has a very good chance and that brings me back to something Fred(I believe) said to the effect that infringement on one patent is infringement on them all.
