(b), being, a radically small RAM compared to status quo.
You see, e.Digital does not use the radically small SRAM in the way status quo does. Flash memory, no matter what flavor…be it, NOR or NAND, REQUIRES RAM to interface it for intense memory over write issues, if you want versatility. That SRAM is in a constant cycle/state of overwrite, in staging the data programming into the flash.... based on the OS methods of management. IT being very dissimilar to status quo.... the management is of a logical nature with physical attributes.
Neither NOR or NAND has the capacity forintense over-write...where if you tried to utilize either one or the other in that capacity, you would burn out the flash cells.
The RAM issue is so unbelievable stupid. At minimum, the courts should understand this. One is not going to utilize NOR or NAND type memories for anything but storage.
The trick is in programming fancy data to flash memory, in conjunction with a radically small SRAM.
Status quo utilizes (or they use to..lol) eg.. DRAM, of significant size, in order to manage...directive structures and other details for file management issues. The status qou process is considered to be a virtually managed system.
Spot a radically small RAM circuited to flash memory. …You got yourself a potential infringer.
