They cannot go after NAND memory devices through 774, however,they can still go after NOR devices through 774. not needing RAM

108 will be the path to go after NAND devices needing RAM.

The court drew a line, and e.Digital can use two patents instead of one .

That is basically what the court has done.... separated two memory types.
