Though I recently noted that 108 would be a means to pursue NAND flash, by no means is that comment meant to mean that only... they can also pursue NOR...or other types of memory....through 108

As e.Digital does not tie down to a specific use between the two, or other types of memory, when implementing RAM along side other patented methods.

e.Digital can treat NOR flash in two ways, with or without RAM, and there are reference details that make that distinction.

The only thing that 774 might now represent is the ability to utilize NOR memory or any other type memory without the need of RAM.

774 = flash memory not needing RAM

108 = flash memory utilizing RAM for both NOR and NAND. I could bring forth the reference issue, however, it's better to allow Handal to take it from here on his terms.

Just keep that in mind, as defendants will try to limit 108 as I describe earlier….to a NAND issue only.

My earlier comments where just to make a point of two memory differences….and what has taken place legally between the two.
