The ’108 patent, which relates to the way modern day flash memory devices store and manage data, is part of e.Digital’s Flash-R™ patent portfolio. The Company’s law firm, Handal & Associates, advanced a total of 12 disputed claim terms together with their constructions, and challenged the asserted claim constructions of the Defendants. The Court ruled in e.Digital’s favor on all contested claim terms.
