I know Nest aquired Dropcam but I'm having a problem determining if Dropcam is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Nest or one of it's "divisions". Our lawsuit names Dropcam which, on the surface, would indicate that it is a seperate legal entity....otherwise one would expect Nest to be named. Maybe someone would be kind enough to set me straight. I haven't been able to determine the relationship.

I don't think Google is vulnerable at all...at least in this instance. They seem to be far enough removed to escape any culpability. Of course they have a very large checkbook and I'm sure they'll use it if necessary. :>):>)
