One persons/judges fact is anothers unfounded assertion, ie microns new rebuttals.

I understand if they build MS it'd prove more to the world than the 12 claims we just had one judges opinion on; imo get new judge we'll get a different view.

Make Nunchi / Microsignet work and really prove something.

I don't insult the board i question e.Digital for not going right to the heart of the ram/cach/flash issues first, and no objective working platforms to create foundedness vs having to prove-out the micro concepts in someone elses innovativeness that's on the market working as a fact, these new patents are so much theory they want others to spend their mony on trying to prove they'll work... fact
