The low and high level management piggy back.

The low level management inherits a big factor...from the way data is managed with a complete sequential recall of data @ the higher level..

e.g wear leveling....the way that data can be placed for high level data management allowing for complete sequential recall of data.... it allows low level management for ware leveling, in that, they do now have to perform erase block sequence anywhere near as often that status quo must. e.Digital does not have to up-data data directly as a result of status quo directive structure management. With that, e.Digial is not precluded from managing data with directive structures e.g bit mapping...and they can manage that under proprietary methods as well. if they wish.

I'm sure glad that the recent claims construction judge realized this stuff.
